Tadi ada isi satu job application di Jobstreet. Then dia mengada-ngada lak nak tanya satu soalan bonus..

so aku pun jawab lah based on my knowledge and experienced. 

Maafkan aku kalau grammar nya terabur..

Dan kalau ada idea untuk anda ambil, silakanlah.. Ilmu untuk semua.. Rezeki masing-masing..

Maafkan aku juga kalau aku up kan diri sendiri.. hahaha..

when talking about customers, I believe that the level of CONFIDENCE is important. Why is that? Because confidence is a proof that you are experienced enough to talk about the products, or services to customers even though you are new on this business.

I remembered, one of my friends had just said that, if you are working on business, or selling a products, what happen actually is, you are you are selling yourself more than products. Show the customers how good are you and presenting them a products with an excellent level of confidence. Customers will attract to you and your products.

Everything must be confidence; dressing, talking, presenting, explaining, end encouraging

Another important character when working with customers is having a good skills of communication. Why? because a good communication will show you who you are. An excellent communicator and presenter will encouraging customers to buy and close a deal with them. They will believe in us. Because we had that skills, GOOD COMMUNICATION.

The last one from my point of view, you must build a STRONG RELATIONSHIP with customers. Treat them like you treat your friends and your families but not treat them like your wife or your girlfriend. Otherwise, you will face a big problems. A good relationship will make sure and encouraging them to believe, to understand better, and to give them highest expectation of our qualities.

So confidence, good skills of communication and strong relationship is a must when you need to working with customers. I believe as a student leader, I have those skills. And by being a part-time car's sales advisor and tutor at tuition center, I know how to attract and communicate with customers or peoples.
